Week rental

Week rental are devided in to price categories A, B, C og D.

A: Christmas 20.12 - 26.12, New year 27.12 - 02.01, Easter part one and easter part two.

B: Autumn holiday (week 40 og 41) og Winter holyday (week 8 og 9).

C: Winterweeks Nov - Apr and summer holyday week 26 - 32. (except winter holyday, christmas/new year, easter)

D: Summer May - Oct (except summer holyday and autumn holyday).

A - 18.000,-     B - 14.000,-     C - 11.000,-     D - 9.000,-

Weekends

Weekends outside school holidays:

Winter- from 6.000 NOK    Summer - from 5.000 NOK

Extra day 1.500 NOK pr day (max two extra days).

Final cleaning

Everyone must use the final cleaning/washing. The standard price for this is 1,950, -, but can increase if needed for extra cleaning and washing, garbage not emptied, and so on. This is then deducted from the deposit.

Deposit

When booking, a deposit is paid. This is to cover up for any major damage and / or the need for extra cleaning / cleaning.

Stamp

Stampen can be used in the period May - September for a supplement in the price. If interested, contact us for further details.
